His seniority would bring good experience into the team, as would his Internation pedigree however it's difficult to see how an ageing player would be wanted by Allen who is seeking potential youthfull replacements for players which were released by himself two weeks ago.

Nicky Forster - Yet again the former Reading striker is being linked with Brentford. The 31 year old rejected a contract in the last couple of days and his goals would be a definate positive for the club. However his age once again could be a downer as could his wage demands.
