The boss has been worried that his players would suffer from a hangover after their playoff defeat to Sheffield Wednesday last season - but yet again his Bees have impressed rising to fourth place in the League after a quarter of the season gone.
Allen said,
"It was a convern of mine and I wanted to make sure that their would be no disappointment or moping about last season's playoffs."
However Allen spoke of his delight thats the players had begun where they left off in the regular season from last year,
"But the players have started this season with the same tenacity and professionalism, which is a good sign. When you get as close as we did last year, it can have a knock on effect - but the responce has been superb."
