Brentford manager Andy Scott will not be offering a deal to former Charlton striker Izale McLeod. The 25-year-old has been on trial at Griffin Park and played in the pre-season friendlies against Woking and Crystal Palace but has not managed to earn a permanent contract. With Millwall's Gary Alexander still mulling over a move to the Bees and Carl Cort and Charlie MacDonald struggling with knocks, winger Myles Weston could partner summer signing Nicky Forster in attack against Carlisle on Saturday. "Myles played up front last year and did well, so it's an option," Scott told the Ealing Gazette. "Nicky and him have formed a decent partnership. They managed to get in behind against Palace and created chances."
