Bees recall Peters

With the big announcement of the new manager expected to be made later this week, current caretaker manager Scott Fitzgerald has once more boosted his striking options by recalling Ryan Peters from a loan spell at Crawley.

Having drawn a blank again at the weekend and with injuries ravaging the Brentford squad the current manager is considering his options ahead of the festive period which starts with two games in three days against Carlisle and Millwall.

While the recall of Peters may not be a major move the youngster did score once in four games whilst on loan and had impressed enough to make the Conference side consider a bid for the forward. Ryan is now back training with the squad who are preparing for Saturday's game.
