Earlier this week the Brentford boss had decided not to extend the loan deal with David Partridge and instead looked to Colchester to sign the 20 year old centre back.
The bees new signing is 6"3 and has made over 20 appearences for the club. His last however was a notable one as he scored the winner against Preston North End last week before deciding to get some more first team experience and join the Bees relegation battle.
