Brentford have been boosted by the news that four of their successful U19 championship winning squad of last season have signed new one-year deals to keep them at Griffin Park.
The youngsters, Danny Allen-Page, Robert Traynor, Stephen Hughes and Lloyd Blackman are all now 19, and will hope to cement places in the first team squad in the coming season.
Left sided midfielder Hughes, has already made two appearances in the first team, whilst Blackman's only start to date came in the 5-1 reversal away to Barry Fry's Peterborough United last September.
Traynor who is predominately a right winger made three cameo appearances as substitute last term, after first appearing in the 2-1 defeat at Oldham Athletic in January.
Defender Allen-Page has yet to make his debut for the first team.
