Cheltenham Town will entertain Brentford during the week commencing 22nd August with no replays, the drama could last up to 120 minutes as both clubs aim to reach the 2nd round.
Last year the Bees were knocked out by Ipswich however this seasons seedings meant that Brentford could only play a team from League Two or a team who finished in the bottom third of League One.
Other great ties in the round were Southampton vs Southend, Norwich vs Mk Dons, Ipswich vs Yeovil and a North East Derby as Hartlepool take on Darlington.
