The plan is for approximatelt ten supporters to meet with representatives from the club to exchange idea.
The idea is that the forum will take place on Wednesday24th August at 7pm and take around 2 hours. The club are hoping that this session will be more of an oppertunity for the supporters to air their views rather than simply being a Q and A session.
The planned agenda for the evening could be:
Stadium facilities and the matchday experience
Customer facilities - turnstile operator, stewards and club staff
Shop and merchandising
Transport and car parking
Princess Royal
Communications
Any other business
