Joining in January the former head of the BBC believes that Brentford successes could come from their ability to think ahead and move with the teams.

In a very Gerrard Houllier-esq way, Dyke believes the club should have a 'five year plan',

"What we must do now at Brentford is develop a five year plan"

"That means moving to a new stadium, paying off all the debts and building a team capable of getting us into the Championship"

With all the speculation surround the management position at the moment it appears that Dyke and the board will be looking for a new man to join there team. These statements also show Brentford intent to continue work on their earmarked Lionel Road site, for the new stadium.
