Evans desperate for the Bees

Evans said: "It's simple - we've got five cup finals now. We've got a 10-day break now thank goodness because we're absolutely knackered.

"After that we can approach the last five games and if we approach them like we did this one we will be fine."

"It was a good time to play them. We thought that when they moved the game forward, but the way we played tonight they could have played their full team."

Evans went onto comment about brilliant Big Ben Burgess and said: "Ben is in there with his head down because he didn't score but I thought he was brilliant. His heading and all round play was brilliant.

"The other lads who scored owe a lot to Ben because he makes a lot of what goes on possible, but we are all for one in this side."

"Lloydy's first goal was superb. His touch was bad but the finish was unbelievable and Martin Rowlands's strike was good too.

"We scored three goal goals but we could have had a lot more. It's just a shame that we let one in late on...maybe that was because we got a bit lazy".
