Keane Lewis-Potter is heading to London to undergo a medical ahead of a £20m move to Brentford, 90min understands.
The Hull City winger travelled with the Tigers squad for their pre-season preparations in Turkey at the end of last week, but he will now return to England to finalise a move to the Bees.
90min reported on Tuesday that Brentford were close to agreeing on a £20m fee for Lewis-Potter with £16m paid up front, though they are now expected to pay slightly more as part of the initial transfer.
Brentford have long held an interest in the 21-year-old and attempted to sign him back in January, though Hull's change of ownership at the time complicated negotiations and he remained at the MKM Stadium until the end of the season.
90min revealed in June that West Ham United were also keen on Lewis-Potter this summer, but he is set to move to west London as opposed to east.
Lewis-Potter will become Brentford's second signing of the summer after they sealed a £20m move for Aaron Hickey over the weekend.
The 20-year-old put pen to paper on a four-year contract with the Bees, leaving Bologna after two seasons in Italy.
