Brentford's top scorer in the League last season, Jo Kuffour, looks almost certain to move away from the club in the summer.
Terry Butcher stated that he is 'hopeful' the 25 year old will accept 'the best possible contract Brentford could offer him', but having turned down a move to Huddersfield the Bees striker looks to be set for a move to the Championship according to Andy Ritchie.
Speaking to the Huddersfield official website Ritchie said,
"I did make an enquiry for Jo Kuffour but, unfortunately, at the moment, it does not look like he wants to come."
The striker is out of contract at the bees and Ritche commented,
"His agent tells me he wants to go to the Championship and if he cannot get fixed up at that level, he wants to stay around the London area if he leaves Brentford."
