Leroy Rosenior appeared to be the happiest man on earth after his side came back from 2-0 down against Brighton at the weekend, but the manager told the official website today that his team need to learn to start better.

Also hailing Chris Moore as a 'potential unearthed star' after scoring his second goal in two games, the Brentford boss said he was delighted with the result of the clubs latest game,

"I'm delighted." he said,

"Especially after the first half an hour when we were absolutely abysmal. We changed it tactically, to help us get closer to them, to close the ball down andto try and stop them playing."

He also believed the turning point was the goal just before half time from his captain,

"Kevin scored a good goal which gave us a lift and at half time we had a little word in the dressing room and picked ourselves up."

"In the second half, a lot of things were going through my mind. It wasn't just one chance going to waste, it was a few, we just weren't at the races. We became more dominant and while we didnt play great football, today wasnt a day for that."

Praising Chris Moore's last minute goal he said,

"Chris has a lot to learn, as he would readily admit, but he's out to score goals."

"His play outside the box is sometimes infuriating, as can be the case with strikers, but I'm delighted for him. He has ability and hopefully he'll prove an important signing."
