Despite going into the game 1-0 behind there seems to be a certain confidence flowing through the West London club, demonstrated by Martin Allen today in his comments to the press.
The boss said,
"Thursday's game had its negatives but the score isn't necessarily one of them. We didn't go away overly disappointed," he said.
The Brentford manager then went onto say,
"We will carry on doing what we have been doing all season. I see the tie as being nicely poised and theres all to play for"
The winner of Monday's game at the home of the Bees will play the winner of Tuesday's game which sees Tranmere take on Hartlepool, with the Mersyside squad being 2-0 down after two Adam Boyd goals on friday night gave the 'Monkey Hangers' the win.
