The official website reports that the safety officer who has already brought into action after racist abuse against Tranmere earlier this season is in talks with his opposite number and the Sheffield club and has been warned that during last night's game several Wednesday fans were ejected for racial abuse towards a Brentford player.
Not many details have been released but several Sheffield Wednesday fans who had planned on making the trip to Griffin Park will be picked out by the police and banned from attending the game.
