Despite going down to a defeat tonight at Port Vale to suffer their first defeat of the season, it's not the end of the world.
Although we lost our 100% record the Bees still lie in 3rd place, many of the people we spoke to after tonights game chose to look at the positives, let's hear from them.
What the manager said?
Despite being banished to the stands for an 'over passionate' outburst Martin Allen was still noticably satisfied with his teams performance,
"We were missing a couple but I think we more than held our own and deserved at least a point, it wasn't like we didnt create chances but we just didnt take them"
"Their goal had more than a touch of fortune about it but theres no excuses from us, we know we should have got ourselves back into it"
On his own sending off Allen said,
"You know me, I love football and sometimes that passion can get the best of you and thats all that happened. When a referee makes a decision one manager will always disagree"
What the players said?
Not many words from the players tonight but Stuart Nelson applogised to the fans for his error.
Joe Keenan told us,
"It was pleasing to be in the squad fo tonight's game, I thought we were unlucky and I just hope we can get back on our feet against Tranmere this weekend."
What the fans said?
Port Vale fans Joe and Adam told us,
"I think we were lucky to say the least tonight, our goal was so flukey I think a point would have been a fairer result"
Brentford fan Phillip Forest said,
"Im disapointed that we didnt continue our great run tonight but we'll be back, don't worry, I think tranmere could be in line for a bit of a backlash on Saturday"
