Here we go again.
The 2022/23 season is up and running, and opening weekend provided no shortage of excitement and storyline setup to keep us all fascinated for what the season might hold... apart from Manchester United fans, who might have already switched off. Understandable, really.
Here's a look at the best goals from the first round of action.
1. Darwin Nunez vs Fulham
The Premier League account is open.
Liverpool were pretty woeful during their 2-2 draw with Fulham, but Darwin Nunez's introduction in the second half undoubtedly changed the game. He was absolutely everywhere.
He saw a smart flick saved moments before attempting the exact same move again, and although he profited from a kind ricochet, he deserves the credit for this one.
2. James Ward-Prowse vs Tottenham
Southampton had very little to smile about as they were thumped 4-1 by Tottenham, but this clean strike by James Ward-Prowse had spirits high for a moment or two.
And believe it or not, but it wasn't a free kick.
The Saints skipper connected with a nice cross and sent a volley fizzing into the bottom corner from towards the edge of the box to put his side 1-0 ahead. Unfortunately for Ralph Hasenhuttl's men, the fun didn't last long.
3. Dejan Kulusevski vs Southampton
Dejan Kulusevski was a large part of the reason why Southampton fans left with their heads in their hands.
The Swede was sensational and was good value for his goal - Spurs' fourth - as he ran on to a cut-back and arrowed home into the bottom corner of Gavin Bazunu's goal.
He pulled off a glorious cross for Ryan Sessegnon's equaliser earlier in the game as well, strutting his stuff and getting Spurs supporters excited about the future.
4. Fabian Schar vs Nottingham Forest
Fabian Schar bagged his tenth Premier League goal in his 90th game with this absolute rocket against Nottingham Forest.
Schar loves a long-range screamer and that was on show here as the Newcastle man collected a half-cleared cross and barely thought twice before sending it crashing back into the top corner.
The fun wasn't over there, however...
5. Callum Wilson vs Nottingham Forest
From raw power, to pure precision.
Callum Wilson notched his first goal of the campaign with a sensational little flick that looped over Dean Henderson and into the back of the net.
There was also another assist for Joelinton as the quest to turn the former striker into an elite midfielder continues to rumble on.
6. Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall vs Brentford
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall's emergence as a key player for Leicester last season was a quiet one, but there was nothing subtle about the way he began this campaign.
His first-touch strike from all of 30 yards whistled past David Raya and, after the ever-satisfying thwack of the post, into the back of the net. Skip to 0:53 in the above video to watch for yourself.
The Foxes couldn't hold on, however, and succumbed to a 2-2 draw against Brentford.
7. Josh Dasilva vs Leicester
Sealing the point for the Bees was substitute Josh Dasilva, who curled in this beauty six minutes from time.
A sensational youngster whose Premier League career has been hampered by a hip injury, Dasilva was making just his tenth appearance in the top flight and he really marked it in style.
He was a regular goal threat during his days in the Championship, and now Dasilva is up and running,
8. Erling Haaland vs West Ham
Better get used to this.
The pass from Kevin De Bruyne is sumptuous and the run from Erling Haaland is equally as crafty. The Norwegian, who looks like a glitched Pro Clubs player when he gets up to full speed, was never going to miss.
Without even taking a touch, he positioned his body perfectly and angled his strike past Alphonse Areola and into the back of the net to cap off a perfect Premier League debut for the new Man City man.
