Leroy Rosenior today admitted that he was proud despite the defeat against Nottingham Forest on Saturday.

Admitting that his side were simply 'outclassed' Rosenior said,

"Forest are a top side, theres a reason why they lead the way in this division. My players have just got to pick themselves up and continue to work hard."

Rosenior also failed to pass any of the blame onto Clark Masters who was beaten twice from a free kick by Forest's Kris Commons,

"I am not going to have a go at the keeper, even though he wasn't in the right position. He is only 18 and he will learn but it was difficult for us to come back from being two down at half-time."

Condemming Brentford to their eleventh game without a win, the bees manager felt his side could have got something out of the game if it wasnt for the shock of being two goals behind,

"Having said that, we really worked hard in the second half and showed a bit more passion and desire. Unfortunately, we couldn't find that something we needed in the final third of the field. But we can take things from the game. Bit by bit our confidence is coming back and it's important that we keep up our spirits.

"We've a massive game against Doncaster next week and we've got to be well prepared for that."
