Brentford boss Andy Scott will not make another move for Nicky Adams but has not giving up hope of luring Pim Balkestein back to Griffin Park. Leicester midfielder Adams looked set to be joining the Bees earlier this month before deciding to stay and battle for his place at the Walkers Stadium following the arrival of new boss Paulo Sousa. But Balkestein, who joined the club on loan from Ipswich last season, is on trial at German side Fortuna Dusseldorf although Scott has been holding talks with the player's agent. "Leicester have got a new manager and Nicky decided he could get a chance under him," Scott told the Staines Guardian. "He couldn't get in the side last year and thinks it will be different this time around. "If it doesn't work out for him it is unlikely we will go back. It didn't happen this time and we move on." On Balkestein, Scott added: "We are still talking to Pim and his agent. He is on trial and there is nothing we can do apart from wait to see what happens."
