Brentford boss Andy Scott has called on fans to turn up in their numbers for Kevin O'Connor's testimonial on Wednesday. The Bees will host Fulham to celebrate the career of the club's captain who has spent over 10 years at Griffin Park. "He has always given 100% and been committed to the Brentford cause," Scott told the club's official website. "He is a model professional and has shown his worth to the club time and time again during his time here. "Throughout my time as manager he has been exemplary and it was an easy decision to make him my captain. "Kevin deserves his testimonial and I hope he gets a big turnout. Fulham will have a new manager and new players and it's a chance for our fans to see our new summer recruits. "I doubt many players in the future will be able to boast of over 10 years service at one club so Kevin deserves a big Griffin Park crowd and I wish him all the very best for the evening."
