Nationwide Second Division club, Port Vale, are informed by the Football League that their transfer embargo has been lifted.
The League ratified the arrivals of Adrian Littlejohn, Andreas Lipa and George Pilkington, but confirmed they have limited the club to one more deal.
An obviously relieved Vale chairman Bill Bratt told the official website: "We can only sign one more player for the time being and there will also be a salary cap that we must adhere to.
"They have also said that we must produce monthly management accounts, just to ensure we are doing everything right."
